Events

Obviously the Coronavirus pandemic has had an impact on trade events taking place across the country, some have moved online and some have rescheduled for 2021 / 2022.

We are planning to bring you some online events in 2021 - the first of which will be a series of webinars to support businesses and technicians contemplating diversifying into heat pump installation.

OFTEC and MCS team up to bring you a series of FREE renewable heating system webinars

Ever thought about working with heat pumps or other renewable heating systems? Heat pumps are currently government's preferred option in heat policy designed to reduce carbon emissions from homes and there are ambitious aims to install 600,000 heat pumps every year from 2028 in the UK which is a huge business opportunity for heat pump installers.

Along with MCS we're publishing a series of three webinars looking at the opportunities available and outlining plans for a new streamlined route to certification.

Plus, an experienced heat pump installer will take you through the installation process and answer any questions you may have about heat pumps, installation and what's required to meet MCS requirements on a day to day basis.

Each one will be around an hour - you can watch live and submit your questions in the Q&A or all three will be available as a 'box set' to watch in your own time. Book your FREE place here...

OFTEC Fringe events at the Labour and Conservative party conferences

It's a crucial time for heat policy and it's vital government recognises the benefits that a technology neutral approach to decarbonisation could offer. These would allow any technology meeting the emissions targets to compete, giving consumers greater choice and flexibility in how they heat their homes sustainably... more
